She currently serves as the Medical Foster Home (MFH) Coordinator\, where she oversees program operations and supports community-based care options that allow Veterans to remain in a home setting as an alternative to institutional care.Mrs. Essex brings extensive experience in caregiver support\, program development\, and interdisciplinary collaboration\, with a focus on improving outcomes for Veterans and their families. Born into a military family\, she considers it a privilege to serve those who have served.  Outside of her professional work\, she enjoys traveling\, music\, and spending time with her family.
