After a multi-year strategic planning effort focused on anticipated changes in the care of patients with advanced illness, the Board and executive leadership of Community Hospice & Palliative Care formed Alivia Care Inc. in 2020. Alivia Care invests in the development of innovative care solutions that are provided through its network of collaborative partnerships and subsidiary organizations.
