Please join us for our newly developed Pediatric Webinar series for 2026. Our second webinar is on the "Anticipatory Grief" with Kelsey Largen, Ph.D. and Linda Radbill, Ph.D. on July 28th, 2026 at 1:00 PM-2:00 PM.
This session addresses anticipatory grief in families of children with serious illness. We will discuss how bereavement can begin at diagnosis and intensify with changes in prognosis. The session will highlight typical grief responses in parents and siblings, the role of developmental stage, and simple, actionable strategies to support siblings before and after a child’s death. Participants will learn when to refer families for additional mental health or bereavement support.
