We have been honored to serve as Houston County's sole non-profit, faith-based Hospice program caring for people of all faiths and beliefs since 1984. Heart of Georgia Hospice alleviates financial burdens for terminal patients and their families by promising no bills for our services, prioritizing care and support during this delicate phase of life.
