Reflections Hospice, a service of Crisp Regional Health Services, is a community-based, non-profit organization that helps patients and their families face a life-limiting disease process. Our team of hospice experts offers a wide variety of services. It works together to meet patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and their families in Crisp and surrounding counties. Our services are provided in your home, nursing home, and/or assisted living community. If you think that hospice care might help you or a loved one, contact your personal physician to ask if he or she would consider an order for hospice care.
